Terms of service
How Sparello works
Sparello shows electricity prices and tips that help you use power when it's cheapest. Think of it as a helping hand for choosing good times, not a guarantee.
Electricity prices are spot prices from the European electricity market (ENTSO-E), converted to your currency using the European Central Bank's daily exchange rate. This means they may differ slightly from other services.
Calculations and savings are based on your consumption and settings, so they are estimates and may differ from your actual cost.
Plus
Plus is purchased through the App Store and renews automatically until you cancel it. You can manage and cancel the subscription anytime in your App Store settings.
Payment, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple. Apple's standard license (EULA) also applies to the app.
Liability
The decisions you make based on the app are your own. We do our best to show accurate prices and tips, but can't guarantee that everything is always correct.
We are not liable for indirect costs, such as an electricity cost resulting from a decision you made with the app's help.
Changes
Both the app and these terms may be updated as the service evolves. The latest version is the one that applies.
Contracting party and law
The service is provided by Sparello (a sole proprietorship registered as Enela) and Swedish law applies to the terms.
If something goes wrong, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
