How do I add a widget?
1. Touch and hold the home screen until the apps jiggle2. Tap Edit in the top left, then Add Widget3. Search for Sparello4. Choose a size and tap Add Widget
How often is the widget updated?
About every 15 minutes. If you want to update it right away, open the app.
The widget shows the wrong price
Try opening the app once. If that doesn't help, remove the widget and add it again.
Why aren't tomorrow's prices shown in the widget?
To see tomorrow's prices in the widget, turn on Today and tomorrow in the same chart in the widget settings – otherwise only today's prices are shown. If it's already on, the prices probably haven't been released yet (they're normally released around 13:00).
In what order are saving tips shown in the widget?
The same order as in the app. You can change it via the menu in the top left of the Saving tips tab in the app.
My saving tip doesn't show up in the widget
The widget shows your top tips. You can change the order via the menu in the top left of Saving tips, or turn off Only tips with savings in the widget.
Why is a saving tip shown for tomorrow instead of today?
When tomorrow's saving is at least three times as large as today's, the widget shows tomorrow's saving tip.
Which widgets are included in Free and Plus?
All price widgets are included for free, while Plus gives you all widgets with saving tips.
