Electricity price
Which electricity price is shown in the app?
The electricity price can be shown as spot price, spot price incl. VAT or total electricity price. You can choose which in Settings → Fees.
Which electricity price do I pay?
If you have a quarter-hourly price contract, you pay the spot price plus transfer fee, supplier markup, energy tax and VAT.

Add your fees under Settings → Fees in the app to see your total electricity price.
What is the spot price?
The spot price is the base price of electricity on the power exchange – the price electricity companies pay for it. It's set every quarter-hour depending on how much electricity is available and how much is being used.
What is total electricity price?
It's roughly what you pay per kWh on your electricity bill:• Spot price• Transfer fee• Supplier markup• Energy tax• 25% VAT
See this price by adding your fees under Settings → Fees in the app and choosing Total electricity price under Price shown.
Calculation example
Calculation
(Spot price + supplier markup + grid transfer + energy tax) × 25% VAT

Example:• Spot price: 0.30 kr/kWh• Supplier markup: 0.05 kr/kWh• Grid transfer: 0.25 kr/kWh• Energy tax: 0,36 kr/kWh• Sum before VAT: 0,96 kr/kWh• Total with VAT: 1,20 kr/kWh
You can set your grid transfer and supplier markup under Settings → Fees in the app.
Fees
Where do I find my supplier markup?
You'll usually find it on your electricity bill or in your contract.

Issues
Tomorrow's prices aren't showing
Tomorrow's prices are normally available around 13:00. If they're missing after 14:00, it's usually due to a delay at the power exchange.
Other
Where do the prices come from?
Spot prices come from ENTSO-E (the EU's official electricity price data) and are converted to local currency using the exchange rate from the European Central Bank.
Why do prices differ from other services?
It's most likely due to the euro-to-krona exchange rate, which can make the prices differ slightly.
